The View from Round Hill is a selection of choice writings from the pen of a well-known Mennonite minister, bishop, and editor, J. Ward Shank.
He and his wife, Stella, have lived faithful, frugal, and exemplary lives from their cottage on the northern slope of Round Hill, in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia.
The reader will discover herein a world view that draws conscientiously from Scripture, and discloses a deep desire to promote wholehearted cooperation with the purposes of God.
Much of what Ward Shank has to say is serious and thought-provoking, but here and there traces of his keen sense of humor surface for the reader's added enjoyment.
